Privacy Policy

This simple privacy policy explains what Linia Pulse may store and why. This page is a starter policy and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before public launch.

1. Information you provide

When you create an account, Linia Pulse may store your name, email address, password hash, brand details, content guidelines, templates, schedules, and settings.

2. Connected social data

If you connect a social account, Linia Pulse may store data made available through the approved API permissions, such as profile details, video metadata, engagement counts, post dates, hashtags, and performance history.

3. How data is used

Your data is used to provide the dashboard, analytics, insights, scheduling, brand management, templates, and creator intelligence features.

4. Storage

This version stores account and brand data in JSON files on the server. Access should be restricted and protected by server configuration.

5. Sharing

Linia Pulse does not intentionally sell your personal data. Data may be processed by connected services only when you choose to connect those services.

6. Security

Reasonable steps should be taken to protect stored data, including password hashing, private server storage, restricted file access, and secure HTTPS connections.

7. Deleting your data

You may delete your account from settings where available. Account deletion may remove stored user data, brands, schedules, templates, and analytics history.

8. Contact

For privacy questions, contact the Linia Pulse operator through the main website or support channel.

Referral and affiliate attribution

When someone visits Linia Pulse through an affiliate link, we may store a referral cookie and use hashed IP/device information to remember the referring creator for a limited attribution window. This helps us correctly credit affiliates if a visitor registers later without using the original link. We do not need to store raw IP addresses for this purpose.
